hppn ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the hppn app to discover concerts and events.

hppn does not require sign-up or account creation. We collect anonymous usage and analytics data to improve the app experience, including:

• Anonymous usage data and app interactions
• Device type and operating system version
• App performance metrics and crash logs
• General location data (city/region level) to show relevant local events

This data is collected anonymously and cannot be linked back to you personally.

If you submit the venue contact form, we also collect your venue name, city, name, email address, and any website, Instagram or message you choose to provide. These enquiries are stored privately in our Supabase database.

3. How We Use Information

We use venue enquiry details to respond to you and follow up about your venue.

The anonymous data we collect is used solely to:

• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Fix bugs and crashes
• Show relevant local events in your area
• Understand general usage patterns

4. Third-Party Services

hppn uses third-party services to provide functionality and analytics. These services may collect limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics
• Supabase: For backend services and data storage
• Apple Music API: To display artist and music information
• Spotify API: To display artist and music information
• Ticket Providers: When you click ticket links, you are directed to third-party ticket providers (such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc.) which have their own privacy policies

hppn does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

5. Ticket Purchases

hppn does not sell tickets or process payments. All ticket purchases are handled directly by third-party providers through external links. Any payment or personal information you provide during ticket purchase is governed by the third-party provider's privacy policy, not ours.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

There is no personal account to delete. Anonymous analytics data is retained only as long as necessary for improving the app. To request deletion of a venue enquiry and its contact details, email team@hppn.ing.

If you have any concerns about data associated with your device, you may contact us at team@hppn.ing to request deletion of any associated data.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our app, please contact us at team@hppn.ing.
